The updated model is much better especially for the metal, removable pieces Wors quite well for joint immobilization. Not perfect but a reasonably priced solution

Very comfortable. I can wear it all day without any issues. I only gave it 4 of 5 stars because I would have like some kind of information included about the care and cleaning of the splint. The only thing in the package when it came was the splint.

I bought this for a patient with RA and it really does hold the thumb in the proper position for functional grasp. Definitely recommended to prevent further deformities.
