4-Wheel Air Frame Walker

At the end of February 2026 I bought a Vive walker through Amazon for $89.99 - the four wheel air frame walker. I loved it. It was great for two months. Then the brakes started to go. Now the left brake doesn't work at all. I asked Vive what they could do for me. Items like the walker usually have a one-year guarantee. It only took a little over two months before I started having brake problems. When I contacted them near the beginning of May, they asked for a video to show what the problem was. I have been back and forth with them many times. Now the left brake doesn't work at all. I am so sorry that I purchased this. I am convinced that Vive is not going to do anything for me, and I will have to find another walker somewhere else. So if you are thinking of buying one of these walkers, you should think again. It is not worth the aggravation you have to go through to get a problem fixed, I suggest you go to a different company and find one that works for more than two months.

This rollater has finally allowed me to get out of my apartment by myself and up a short flight of stairs to reach my car after a stroke which left me with weakness on one side. Everything else is too heavy for me to bring up the stairs. Love it!

Two suggestions: provide some kind of easily removable carry bag that works with it and add a strap or clip to keep the rollator from unfolding when carrying it sideways with one hand as is needed when going up steps. (I added a large rubber band to keep the handles together.)

Just what I needed to assist me at work and Church with my neuropathy issues. I am no longer house bound 3 to 5 days a week.

This Walker is lightweight and portable. Quickly folds.
Use around our home as well as when going to restaurants etc. It is very compact and manageable.
I recently bought a second one to keep in our vehicle.
The four wheel design for me has far greater stability vs a three wheel design I previously had ordered elsewhere and returned. I am a very satisfied user of this Walker.

I have been using the cane for a while after I recovered from severe RA knee and hand, I was afraid using a walker with 4 wheels as I worried about losing my balance. I need a light weight walker that does not have a lot of fixtures that I don’t really need. This Vive light weight walker is my first 4 wheels walker. I am so impressed by the delivery, I placed the order in the morning, did not expect the walker was delivered the next day, I received prompt email notices from both Vive and the carrier about the delivery. The walker came all assembled, I don’t have to bother my family member to help me with the assembly, I tried it right away and I was surprised to see how smooth the ride is, the brakes are sensitive, I don’t have to squeeze hard, we have a very narrow corridor and tight space in the kitchen, I could maneuver it so easily, not to mention about my posture, this walker enable me to walk with back straight and the handle length is just perfect, Unlike using cane, this walker allows me to walking continuously and keep my posture right, it is so light that it is easier than pushing a baby stroller. I could focus on how to use my muscles and not to worry about losing my balance at all. I am thinking about getting another one just for outdoor use. If only I could suggest on future product improvement for outdoor use, if the wheel rubber could be a little bit thicker for outdoor terrain and the handle could be more ergonomic to hold. I am very satisfied with purchase of this product directly from Vive.
