How To Program The Transmitter To A Wireless Pager:
Press and hold both UP and DOWN arrows on the front of the pager for 5 seconds. You will see a number “1” that is blinking with an additional red light, indicating that the pager is now in programming mode (see the pager's directions for use). The pager will remain in “programming mode” for 10 seconds. If no activity occurs within this 10 second period, the pager will immediately exit the programming mode.
There are 10 numbers on the pager for programming up to 10 individual wireless devices. To select a number for programming, press and release the UP or DOWN arrow on the front of the pager, next number will be blinking with an additional red light. You can continue to press and release the arrow until the desired number is selected.
Wipe down the pager with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Standard ground shipping is Free for all orders over $50 in the continental united states. Orders shipped to Hawaii or alaska will require additional shipping fees.
Most travel standard scooters are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days via ups or fedex. Larger, medium to full sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any Customization options and upgrades may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Depending on model and custom options, delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks. Freight carrier will call to initiate and arrange for specific delivery time and date.

White Glove Delivery
This option provides additional assistance customers. This is fantastic for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Here is a list of the added benefits you get with white glove delivery.

The agent will then contact you to schedule a delivery time.

The Majority of items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Unlike Vive Products They must be returned at the customers expense. If an item is returned to the wrong address Vive Health reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees. If a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed Vive Health may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.

Cancellations for Oversized Items
Canceled orders- If the order has been shipped it is subject to standard return policies. You must receive the item then ship it back unused and undamaged.
Credits- Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue credit to to card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.
