I purchased these for my teen and we have not had a chance to fit them in shoes yet, but I am sure they will be as good for her as mine have been for me. I have used mine now for almost 6 months and it definitely helps with my knee pain and ankle issues.

The full length insoles are constructed from EVA foam and lined with antimicrobial felt lining.
