How do I put this ankle brace on?
This brace must be worn with a sock. First, loosen all of the straps and laces .Place your foot in the brace, making sure the tongue is straight and your heel is centered in the designated opening. Feed the laces through the remaining holes, pulling tightly before tying. Bring the inside figure 8 stabilizing strap forward across the top of the foot. Wrap the stabilizing strap under the heel and attach the end of strap to the side of your foot. Repeat this process for the outside figure 8 stabilizing strap. Place your foot flat on the floor. Use the finger loops at the end of both straps to free them from the sides of the boot. IMPORTANT: PULL STRAPS UP FIRMLY. Stabilizing straps must be tight for proper support. Reattach straps to boot. Repeat if needed. Wrap elastic top strap over the tied laces and secured straps. Close the hook and loop attachment securely.
