Awesome compression bootie!!

I love the ice/compression boot!! The quality is great! Price even better!!! Another plus not being attached to a cooler! I would like to able to get more of the ice pack that's made specifically for the bootie and haven't had much luck though.

After having had reconstructive surgery on my left foot in Jan. 2020, involving-pins and plates. I have been a slave to ice packs falling off my foot and ankle. Then in April I broke the left ankle and again struggled with ice packs. When I found this ice boot, it was the most helpful and reliable ice pack ever! I love this bootie ice pack, it really works! How to Use for Cold Therapy:

  • Place the ankle wrap gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
  • Remove from the freezer and secure in the interior pocket of the ankle wrap
  • Apply to the area to be treated
  • WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes

How to Use for Heat Therapy:

  • Place the ankle gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate
  • Heat on full power in 5-second increments
  • Remove the pack with tongs and place within the brace or a wrapped towel before checking the warmth with a light touch. Packs are best used when warm to the touch not extremely hot
  • DO NOT touch the pack directly, only touch the covering. The pack may be extremely hot
  • IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel pack carefully. If it starts to expand, stop heating immediately

Care Instructions:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed
  • Do not submerge in water or machine wash. Doing so may damage the internal air bladder
