Great stretch

I ordered two of these. I had them on and immediately noticed the treatch in my calves. Just got these so gonna try and get through the night with them. My only complaint would be they make my toes hurt from being pulled back. Maybe in a future design the strap that pulls your foot back could be placed around the ball of the foot to get the same stretch. Just a thought.

Works!

This sock has eased the pain of plantar fasciitis, tho it’s not comfortable. Cannot be worn all night as recommended. I use it for an hour before bed and I feel relief in the morning. Definitely would recommend. Another size option would be nice for larger/longer calf.

Way too small

I was looking forward to using the plantar stretch sock. Unfortunately, there is no way it will fit over my calf. The sizing chart says it is fits 16-21 inch calf. My calf is 17" circumference, and the large sock doesn't come close to fitting. I'll be returning it for a refund.

I think this product would work well for someone with a smaller leg circumference. But it did not work for me.

No, it is not recommended that you walk in the sock.
