I really enjoy my 4 wheel Vive scooter. I have had heatlh and mobility challenge episodes over the last couple of years. When needed the scooter allows me to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and best of all walk my little dog! I had a problem with the original battery and I received excellent customer support from Daniela who arranged to have a warranty replacement of the battery. This Scooter is a Life Saver
I am in my mid 70's and have had my knees replaced, plus I have bad lower back pain and am sometimes unsteady. Well, I fell in April (rolled to my butt while outside weeding) onto my small landscape rocks, unable to get up on my own. I had to call the ambulance for "a lift assist", and I said, "This is the last time I am falling". So, I began researching scooters and bought my beautiful "new wheels" in candy apple red and have had it four months.. I LOVE my scooter. I use it outside and it has saved me walking many miles up and down the driveway. etc. to do outside chores. I m able to put two gallon bottles of water in the front basket, pull up to my hanging plants and water them. I spray weeds along the driveway while sitting in the scooter. I even walk my dog each evening.(and she reminds me when it is time !). Like others have said, a little more foot room would be helpful. The problem I am having is that MY BATTERY DOES NOT STAY CHARGED FOR VERY LONG!. It is always fully charged (overnight) when I begin using it. At full charge, I can only walk my dog about 1,000 - 1,200 feet before it is near the red zone. I can't imagine how it could ever go for 10 -12 miles on a charge. If I am going up and down the driveway several times (120 ft.) and traveling on the street or wooden walkway, it just doesn't last. What do you suggest?

Your VIVE Scooter rides well, is easy to steer, crosses railroad tracks on streets well (at a slower speed), except for one thing, it needs a bit of shock absorbing (or more seat cushioning) to reduce bumps on uneven sidewalk joints and a bit more space for your feet on the base (make the base a bit wider to accept size 10 shoes). Otherwise it’s 5 star! I can now go from my house to “ride” on the Delaware/Lehigh trail since I feel like 150 from the waist down and 15 up. I like the safety feature of the scooter shutting down if your go over a deep rut too quickly. It requires turing it off and on to get going over the ruts at a slower speed. One thing: it would be nice if you would be able to hook a small wagon to it to move a couple of bags of items from the garage to the house (A additional item you could offer for purchase).

My new Vive scooter has given me back my freedom. My husband has Alzheimer's and one of the few things he still enjoys is going for walks. I have cancer and spinal bone disease so walking any distance is impossible. Thus my decision to buy a scooter. I did extensive research and my best option was the Vive 4-wheel scooter. I love it!! It handles like a charm on pavement and on grass and is just plain fun to drive. It is well made and pretty classy looking (I bought the ruby red one). The seat is super comfortable even with my bad back. I can now go to the zoo, the park, to see the Christmas lights, and so many places that have been out of my reach for so long. I wish I had bought it years ago. I love my new Vive scooter.
