I Imagine It Is Like Sitting On A Cloud!
I ordered this cushion for my daughter on January 29, 2021 and it literally arrived the following day. That was insanely quick turnaround. FedEx made the delivery. The box was badly battered, but the cushion remained safe. It is different from what is visually shown and described on here. I emailed customer service inquiring about it, but Mary said the version I received is the latest variety. Mary was kind, understanding, efficient and quick in response. The cushion is without the carry strap. My daughter said the cushion is nice. She set it up in her car. She has chronic and constant back and hip pain, but she said this cushion is helping alleviate the pain. Plus, the cushion stays cool. She has a lot of inflammation and tends to radiate heat, which is retained by whatever she sits on, leading to discomfort, but this cushion stays cool. She said the saying, "Walking on a cloud," applies to it, but it is obviously more like sitting on one.
