Helping with plantar fasciitis

I have had a severe case of plantar fasciitis for over a year. I usually walk 3 miles daily. I have had inserts from 2 different Podiatrists, a Chiropractor and from Dr Scholls. I also buy good tennis shoes. I have done therapy and NOTHING has helped. I bought these inserts and after several weeks of wearing them, they are working! They did take a while to get used to. The arch area is higher, but possibly that’s what I needed.

Amazing

When I got the foam insole I was iffy but then I have worn them like 5 times and no pain in my heel.... I did put them in a new pair of jordans so idk if that changes anything
