Just What The Doctor Ordered

And just what I needed. I have very high arches and because I have lower back problems, I wear flat shoes alot, which is a whammy for my feet because flat shoes make my feet ache level 10 by the time I am able to get off of them. Just after I gett into bed, they are throbbing and hurting like you could not believe. This ball has been so helpful in relieving that awful pain that has me moaning in agony just about immediately after a busy day. Definitely recommended for anyone with foot pain especially due to plantar fasciitis.

The high-density 2.5” roller ball has been great so far with the ability to adjust the rope at the top. Pretty convenient for stabilizing when sitting or standing vs. a free ball.
Packaging was nice and clean. Seems durable and I look forward to using it and recommending it to others whom would benefit.

Can I use this while standing?

Yes! The rope length is 74” total, allowing most individuals to use while standing.

How do I use it for foot pain?

Place massaging ball on the floor and pick up both wooden handles. Rest the affected foot on the ball, then using foot and arm strength, work the ball around the foot massaging the affected areas for 10 - 15 minutes per session twice a day.

Will it work on my shoulder or back?

Yes! The rope ball massager is great for targeting shoulder, arm, back and leg pain in addition to foot pain.

What is the diameter of the ball?

The ball measures 2.5” in diameter.

Does this relieve heel spurs?

Yes! The foot massager relieves pain and reduces inflammation and tension in the heel with targeted pressure and massage.
