I needed an extra heating pad because everyone in the house has one injury or another requiring a heating pad for relief. So I wanted my own. Perfect size! Not too small and not too big. The cover is unbelievably soft, almost like velvet. Other heating pads can be stiff with an almost canvas feeling cover. Having FOUR HEAT settings is a luxury ranging from just warm, to low to medium to high. Settings are changed with a really nice sized and easy to read lighted dial that has a simple push button to change settings. I could not be happier and would definitely buy more, for myself and family members. Great price and arrived well packaged and in a nice box in perfect condition. Oh and it comes with a soft almost velvety storage bag. A real plus to keep it clean and protected at all times! Thanks for another great item!

NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
