Kit gives variety of massage balls & the massage roller. Have been using for Planter Fasciitis pains in my feet. All items work good. I do like being able to use the roller after putting in freezer. Delivery of product was very fast. Would highly reccomend this kit to anyone with similar foot pains.

Perfect roller for foot problems
The roller is going to be perfect to freeze and use as a roller for my foot. I had been using a frozen water bottle, but the nubs will give a great massage at the same time. Extremely fast delivery. These are great products.

It’s easy. Just place the massage balls or the foot roller in the freezer for at least three hours or overnight.

Yes, you may rinse each item in warm water with a mild soap. Make sure to dry immediately with a clean towel.
