I am still not sure what I think .

I have to say that I was sceptical about this product at first but after using it I'm really glad I purchased it. For those who are daunted by the thought of going to an acupuncturist this mat and pillow wedge are great alternatives.

I suffer from RA, OA and Fibromyalgia and have persistent aches and pains in my shoulders, neck, hips, legs and feet. I use this mat and pillow every day and have noticed a considerable decrease in my discomfort in those areas. You can use it on different areas for 20 minutes once a day. So 20 minutes back/shoulders, 20 minutes hips, 20 minutes legs etc. I use it on my bed but you can use it on a couch, chair, etc.

It can be a bit challenging to use at first so if you are uncomfortable be sure to cover the mat and pillow with a towel or use them while clothed. After a while the discomfort will pass as the blood flow to the area increases. I find I get the most relief when using the products on bare skin but that's not for everyone so use it as you find it works best.

It seems easy to maintain and I definitely recommend the product and would purchase again.
