Worth the money

Well seeing I thought I was ordering the hand ones , and got these. Which was my mistake, it worked out ok too. Then I ordered the right ones. Waiting for them to arrive. The bands a great helps with stretching my lower back

The bands were sent to me twice without the bag and door adapter (as pictured on the ad). The order was finally made right and I received the bag and adapter in 2 days with no charge for the 2nd set of bands
