I measured and ordered my neck support. When I received it which was the size 4" I ordered was to big and bulky and uncomfortable. I needed the smaller 3" size. I called Customer Service and Pam was very helpful. I sent them the pictures they requested and she sent me a 3"size which fits perfectly. Because of Covid they said I should not return the first one. I was very pleased with my purchase.

Medium, large and full-sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any customization, including options and upgrades, may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will require additional shipping fees.
