These insoles have made such a difference in my life. Over the years my arches have fallen and I had to forgo wearing anything except shoes with good arch supports. Now that I am retired and on disability I'm home all the time and like to wear moccasins but they don't have any support so I couldn't wear them very often. With these insoles I can now wear them and it is great. They even make my regular shoes more comfortable.

Plantar Plus Insoles
I have recently had Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. I decided to try the Vive Health insoles as they were less expensive than the ones I had been using. What if the orthotic insoles are bigger than my shoe size?
The orthotic insoles are printed with guidelines to follow in order to trim each support to fit your shoe. Use your shoe’s existing insole as a guide.

You can use any kitchen or office shears.

Comfortably padded on the heel and forefoot, the inserts are helpful in relieving foot, leg and back pain.

The toes are 4mm, the heels are 7mm and the arches are 26mm.
How long should I wear the orthotic insoles before I replace them?
Orthotic insoles are recommended to be worn for 3 to 6 months before they need to be replaced.

Will the orthotic insoles make my feet sweat?
The top layer of the insoles are constructed with breathable materials that will allow your feet to stay cool and dry. It will also eliminate odors and bacteria buildup.
Should I place the orthotic insole on top of the existing insole in my shoe?
For best results, remove the existing insole and replace with the orthotic insole.

Shipping for Oversized Items
Standard ground shipping is Free for all orders over $50 in the continental united states. Orders shipped to Hawaii or alaska will require additional shipping fees.
Most travel standard scooters are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days via ups or fedex. Larger, medium to full sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any Customization options and upgrades may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Depending on model and custom options, delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks. Freight carrier will call to initiate and arrange for specific delivery time and date.
Specialty Shipping Options for Oversized Items
Second Day/Overnight Shipping
Available for some standard items. Price will vary based on the product and your zip code. The cost will be provided to you during checkout.
White Glove Delivery
This option provides additional assistance customers. This is fantastic for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Here is a list of the added benefits you get with white glove delivery.
The item will be shipped to a local agent in your area.
The agent will inspect the product to make sure it is in proper working condition.
The agent will then contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Upon Delivery the agent will assemble the device answer and questions you might have about use.
Before leaving the agent will clean up the packaging and remove it from your home.
The cost of white glove delivery varys, it will be listed on the product page when you check out.
This option allows you the opportunity to get the item carried inside your home. This only applies to homes on the first floor they will not carry the items up stairs. Price varies based on the specific product.

Return/Exchange Policy for Oversized Items
The Majority of items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Unlike Vive Products They must be returned at the customers expense. If an item is returned to the wrong address Vive Health reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees. If a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed Vive Health may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
All Custom made items are non-returnable this will be made clear for you During the checkout process.

Cancellations for Oversized Items
Canceled orders- If the order has been shipped it is subject to standard return policies. You must receive the item then ship it back unused and undamaged.
Credits- Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue credit to to card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.
