Hip & Knee Recovery Bundle

Very helpful kit using everything in it after having hip replacement. Especially found useful the sock assist, extended shoe horn, and leg lift. Found all pieces to be high quality for a very good value. Thanks

The hip kit has come in very handy. I especially like the leg lift assist. It helps give me the ability to do more without having to have someone to help. My only complaint would be that the sock assist is s bit too narrow. Definitely made with people with slimmer limbs. Other than that I would recommend this to anyone having hip surgery.

Glad I purchased this kit to use while recovering from Hip Replacement Surgery. Sock assist worked best with sport type socks, not so well with trouser socks. The Dressing Stick is two pieces of wood dowel that are screwed together & have different functions at each end; the wood covering the connection isn't very strong, so be careful of the pressure you apply when using it, or don't connect the two pieces and use separately -- mine broke, but was able to repair it. I agree with previous reviewer, the leg lifter should be replaced with a softer one. I would still recommend this kit, in spite of these minor issues.

Love this tool set. The grabber works great and the fact that it folds in half makes it easy to store close by. Only disappointment is the leg lifter which has a very stiff metal spine. I separately bought a flexible, multi-loop, two-handed strap like the one my therapist has me use. Vive should replace in this set.

I was looking for something to help me get my items off the floor since I did not expect to be able to bend or move around for a while. I did not want to have someone at my beck and call 24/7 either. This items have freed me and made independent again. I can pic up items from the floor, put on my shoes, wash my back without help, and exercise my knee whenever the thereapist is not available. This should be part of the exit kit when you leave the hospital after knee or hip replacement surgery.
