Smart Watch

I got this watch expecting at the very least, a watch. Safe to say i didnt expect a galaxy watch equivalent in quality. What I got doesnt even do that. After 3 days the watch no longer works at all. I cant even think of a way accurate enough to sum up the disappointment this watch has been. To start things off the app you are required to download just to use this watch, doesnt even know to how communicate with the watch. Secondly the features advertised, the only things that consistently work are the basic health metrics (who knows if even accurate at this point). The media control functions do nothing but make the watch vibrate. The phone controls have no access to your phone contacts and no way to access any of your contacts, it displays a message to "add favorite contacts via the vive now app" and yet they failed to even add that option inside of the app to do and so the watch phone controls only work by manually dialing contact numbers. The messages controls, you may recieve an alert of a text received but you have no way to respond without pulling your phone out and manually messaging back which defeats the purpose of having the watch when you still have to read/respond via your phone anyway. Finally the biggest issue, if for some reason you close the vive now app on your phone the watch will immediately disconnect from your phone and no longer function. In addition to that, after you do close the app you have to manually go back into the app and watch it tell you how it is connected to your watch but your watch isnt connected to the app and so you end up unable to reconnect to your phone without completely deleting your watch from the app and searching for the signal again hoping it lets you reconnect.
