Good product; not reimbursible with insurance

Although this product is very helpful after injury to my leg, I've not been able to receive reimbursement from my insurance for this product. Vive does not have the necessary code for me to submit to my insurance. I didn't know this when I purchased the toilet rail.

Worked for Me!

I got this in preparation for after a hip surgery. The type of surgery did not require an elevated (booster) toilet seat, so the Toilet Rail was perfect for me.
The Toilet Rail width was easy to adjust and the Rail was easy to install.
The fit was solid. There were no issues relative to the unit being 'sloppy' , uneven or whatever!
I am <140 lbs and about 5' 7". I preferred using the widest option. I couldn't help but think that a much bigger person might have an issue with the rail not being wide enough - even at its widest. But wait ... my helper for the first few days also used the Toilet Rail set-up. The helper is 5' 2 and about 165 lbs. She never complained about accessibility while using the rails! And I know her - if there had been an issue I would've heard about it!!

Great product but…..

Great product that works well but….the rubber covers that go over the metal protrusions that go over the toilet seat wear out pretty quick. The metal is sharp & cuts thru the rubber covers fairly quickly. It then can irritate, scratch or possibly cut your leg or buttocks tho that hasn’t happened to me yet. Being over the toilet the metal may not be sanitary. Duct tape can work to keep from cutting hopefully but looks bad and still irritates. May I suggest that you guys sell the rubber covers so we can have this product to continue working as good as it did originally. I still give it a 5 star bc it’s the best thing out there and I appreciate you guys for bringing it to those of you us in need!

Great Product

I was T- boned in a car accident. First trip to the toilet was 4:30 am in the morning. I painfully managed to sit down and then couldn’t get up. Sat there 20 minutes not knowing what to do. Told neighbor this story and he happened to have this product. Brought it over and installed it for me. This toilet rail saved me from a great deal of excruciating pain. Just bought one for a second bathroom.
