Good Massagers

Kit gives variety of massage balls & the massage roller. Have been using for Planter Fasciitis pains in my feet. All items work good. I do like being able to use the roller after putting in freezer. Delivery of product was very fast. Would highly reccomend this kit to anyone with similar foot pains.

Perfect roller for foot problems

The roller is going to be perfect to freeze and use as a roller for my foot. I had been using a frozen water bottle, but the nubs will give a great massage at the same time. Extremely fast delivery. These are great products.

Are the massage balls hollow?

The spiked balls are made with hard PVC and are hollow. The smooth ball is made with dense rubber and is not hollow.

How do I heat the hot/cold therapy ball set for heat therapy?

To use heat therapy, you can place the massage balls or foot roller in hot water for ten minutes. Do not boil or microwave.

How do I use cold therapy with the hot/cold therapy ball set?

It’s easy. Just place the massage balls or the foot roller in the freezer for at least three hours or overnight.
