I ordered my message ball 12/13/20, never received a shipping notification, finally contacted VIVE by email, they said the shipper lost my product, they responded within 4 hours, as they said they would, sent another ball FedX, got it 3 days later, good company to deal with, upset that I didnt get the first one but once notified the problem was promptly handled, I like the fact that it is rechargeable, take it anywhere, hiking etc
