On July 15th, I purchased a Compression System for Lymphedema, which is great. I use it twice a day. A remote came with it, however it could not be programmed. I have been in touch with Carolina, who is a very kind and helpful young lady. I found her to be very polite and anxious to solve my problem. She is now sending me another remote, I think Vive Health should be happy and appreciate employing such a wonderful and devoted employee. Keep her, she is valuable to your business.

I’am very pleased with this compression system, & happy that I purchased it. I use it for Lymphedema & as a result, my legs have less pain, burning, & the beginning of less fluid. My son ordered it over the phone, & spoke to Miss Lydia, who was very pleasant, courteous, & helpful with the process. I’am going to call regarding the remote. It doesn’t work, the battery is ok, but all the buttons are flat. How can I have it replaced?? Would appreciate your help. Thank You.

Works pretty well.
The pressure on my feet is too much unless kept at lower levels, while my calves and thighs can take more pressure. Does what I expected, i.e. temporary reduction of lymphedema in lower extremities. Much better result if legs are at elevation. People with significant peripheral artery disease would probably have more difficulty.
