What a great mobile walker!!

I use a cane and a rollator walker. The cane does not provide enough balance support for my balance issues. The rollator is great but not easily portable, is bulky and heavier....OK for a lot of outside walking. This air frame walker from Vive is the in perfect "between solution"!!!! VERY PORTABLE and lightweight. While it is not intended to support your weight, it is a cross between the rollator and the cane (my assessment). It's like pushing a shopping cart in a store. No assembly and, at 6 ft., the handles are adjustable for my height. I am so pleased with this purchase which is very affordably priced. Perfect solution for my balance issues. Thank you Vive.
Note: Wouldn't it be nice if there was a small attachable "possibles bag" to snap on it when needed?

Great Device to Assist With Walking

Just unboxed this great device. Very well made and the cobalt blue looks really sharp. Super easy to unfold and fold. Much more lightweight than any rollator I've ever had, and more compact too. Another big plus is that you can walk more upright than you can with a rollator with a seat, or similar devices that have a support bar by your knees. That means less stress on your arms/shoulders and back. Here's why I didn't give five stars...I would prefer the wheels to be a little thicker. It may add a pound to the device, but I don't think that would take away from it. Also, in order to LOCK the brakes, you REALLY have to squeeze them hard. This may be difficult for the elderly or someone who has compromised strength in their hands. However, to just engage the brakes is very easy. It's locking them that could be difficult for some. So, if you are on a slight incline and want to stand still for a few moments, you will want to squeeze the brakes VERY hard to lock them. Also the brake locks are plastic and don't look like they will weather many storms. Having said that, I don't believe this is a deal breaker. When I purchased this on Amazon, there were reviews that said there was NO brake lock, so I was pleasantly surprised to find one on the device. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this device, keeping in mind my notes above. NOTE TO VIVE... the quick start guide does not explain how to lock the brakes. It only says how to unlock the brakes. I guess that is why some Amazon reviews said that the device did not have a brake lock.

almost perfect

Shame this is sold out as I was thinking of getting a second one. WHY? Because it is 95% perfect. Not quite a rollator but much more than a walker. Truly lightweight, easy to manuver, folds so it is small and almost flat - it fits behind my drivers seat instead of needing to put it in the trunck - like my heavier / larger rollatoer). Only problem - it is NOT easy to fold and takes a few tries before I can get it to fold. Maybe I need to oil a spot. I hope it goes back in stock so I can buy a scond one and place it in my hubby's car too.
