    My outside life has been limited because of a condition that makes it hard for me to walk or stand for very long without having the ability to sit for a few seconds. I also have a problem with my dominant hand that makes it a challenge to lift heavy objects. If it hadn't been for Vive's promise to accept returns I wouldn't have taken the chance. Glad I did. My beautiful purple/lilac rollator was put together by a friend and it was such fun to wheel around my house. Then came the all-important test: could I load/unload it safely without any assistance. It was a thrill to find that I could, with the help of a folded beach towel on the edge of the trunk. The only reason I knocked off a star is because there needs to be a strap to hold the legs together in that process. Now I'm allowing my imagination to run wild thinking of all the things I can do because I have a reliable seat when I'm out and about. Thank you!

    Great product.

    I purchased one of these and like everything aboiou ti except one thing. It is very easy to fold but once I pick it up folded it comes unfolded. This is a safety issue ad I did not expect it to unfold and it fell to the ground and almost hit me when it fell. There is no way to lock it once it is folded. I cannot give this product five stars for that raon. The company did not even include a velcro strap or something that would keep it from unfolding when picking it up. I like the fact that it is very light weight and easy for me to lift. I would definitely recommend this product but have something that you can use to keep it from unfolding when packed up

    Good rollator
