I have early-onset Parkinson's Disease, and my main physical issue has been balance and general "wobbliness" from the get-go. A near-fatal battle with autoimmune encephalitis in 2024 which found me having to relearn to stand/walk/etc. only added to the balance problems. So once I knew I was going to need some stability help, I also knew that whatever I got needed to reflect ME. No boring black accessories on a boring black rollator.
So I found my pretty pink rollator (also from Vive!) and two Vive bags -- this one in leopard (I have a serious thing for leopard and cheetah prints!) and one in grey (called a "Wheelchair Bag" in the Vive listing but works just as well with my rollator.) A few embellishments later, and my rollator is completely my own. :-)
Functionally, this bag is pretty close to perfect and has definitely come in handy for both our Walt Disney World trips as well as on cruises. The pockets are plentiful and easy to access, the main compartment zips up securely, and the strap makes it easy to whisk the bag off the rollator and onto my shoulder quickly and easily.
Thank you, Vive, for giving us such fun choices without cutting any functionality!
