      Other reviewers who describe the problem with the short timer are right on the mark. I was SURE that there must be a way to program it differently. This is a major flaw. I hope that you find a fix for it that can be retroactively used with machines that have already been purchased.

      Good but could use other attachments

      Using it right now for the first time and it's circulating and cooling well. I didn't use ice as I had a concern about melting, even though I'm only using for 20 on/20 off. I'm using freeze packs that I include in my kids' lunches. They work perfectly and refreeze quickly in the 20 mins off cycle. My suggestion is that you offer a special pre-shaped ankle wrap like some other machines do. The universal wrap is clumsy to try to get around your ankle and isn't capable of complete coverage even when you do. I'd buy a pre-fit ankle attachment for sure.

      I read the review about wanting a bigger pad, which I would also like the answer was that they are available. I wish they would show us what’s available when we write there on the link that shows the machine

      Good but needs longer timer

      This machine works good. Just as listed. I just had total Shoulder replacement and need to ice longer than 30 minutes at night Very hard to get up and push button again. I’d pay more if controls were remote too. There should be longer sessions you can program in for this please. It’s very quiet I can’t tell when it turns off either

      Ice therapy machine

      I'd like it but the only issues is I was hoping the pads wrapped around the legs not just only on the top. I wish I ordered the one in Amazon which wrapped around the entire legs.

      • How to use an Ice Therapy Machine?



      Does the unit need draining after every use?

      Dump the water from the ice bucket but if using regularly you don’t have to drain the water completely from the pads. Only do that if you are planning on storing the ice machine for several days without use.

      Is the machine noisy?

      No, the unit produces minimal noise during operation, however, it does chime to alert users when the water temperature is greater than 10 degrees celsius and chimes at the end of the selected session.

      Do I need separate pads for different areas of the body?
