Great scootering experience

Somebody give me this scooter in 2023 , it was used by his father when he died. I used it time to time, my knees are bad and I wanted to visit Spain. I bought a new battery and this was a wonderful experience. I visited several cities, enjoyed museums, parks, etc. My only suggestion is a bigger basket able to hold the battery.

Quick delivery and appears well made

My family likes to go to amusement parks, that is a lot of walking. Rather than give up valuable family time I bought the 3 wheeled scooter to help me keep up. Easy to assembly and almost zero learning curve. Easy to use, steer, and tight turns are great. With the seat off, handlebars folded it's easy to get into my Nissan Altima trunk. After 6 hours at Carowinds amusement park the battery was only missing 2 dots so that was great. Those are the good points.

Things that need to get better, some kind of variable speed control. The knob for minimum and max speed is good but the drive control level is basically full speed or stop. In a crowd you find out quickly that walkers don't maintain a steady spread. So the travel is mostly a jerking stop start stop start. Adjust the speed control dial then start stop again.

As a former engineer I have a few design suggestions. One, make the basket just a bit bigger so the battery can be stored inside the basket, taking up considerably less trunk space. Two, make the tube attached to the seat shorter, or removable, again for easier fitting in the trunk. Three, the battery doesn't have any type of click or indicator that it's inserted correctly. Mine looks like a bigger gap than the install video but the hold down bracket works and the scooter has power so I guess it was in. Four, maybe some kind of handle built into the battery to fit over the handle of rolling suitcases. That would make taking just the battery into the hotel room to charge a bit easier.

For a few wish list items: how about fold out attachments for a suitcase if you are using for airport travel or even a stay at a hotel, A canopy add-on would be great for a day at the amusement park, a sun shield to be able to see the battery status outside.

I like the scooter, think it's well made and is useful. Unfortunately not very easy to use in at Adjustment parks, where I wanted to use it most. This week I'll try using it at the grocery store but I'm not sure pushing a shopping cart will be easy or even doable. I would like to use this for airport travel but feel handling a carry on bag and CPAP bag would be a bit tricky. I'll see what the prognosis is on my feet and decide what would be my best option to keep me moving doing the things I like to do. I may end up needing a knee walker for some situations where the electric scooter is too cumbersome.

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience, Kevin! We're glad to hear the scooter has helped you stay active with your family and performed well during your day at the amusement park. Your feedback on the controls, portability, and design suggestions is incredibly valuable and appreciated. We’ll be sure to pass it along to our team for future improvements. –The Vive Health Team.

Worth buying!!

I have several health problems that restrict my walking ability. Also, if I overdo anything I will pay for it over the next several days in the bed in a lot of pain.
We were going on a trip that included visiting an amusement park. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get around very well, and just make my family miserable.
I seen this scooter on FB, and thought it would be perfect. It fit in my car with ease, and I didn’t have the first problem with it in the park. It took me up and down hills, easy to handle, and the battery lasted all day long. I love it!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience, Delaine! It's wonderful to hear that the 3 Wheel Scooter has given you the freedom to enjoy outings without worry. We're thrilled it made your trip enjoyable for both you and your family! - The Vive Health Team.

Outstanding Service, Awesome Product

I’m 36 with 2 toddlers under 3 plus having knee surgery that requires me to be non-weightbearing for 6 weeks. Trying to manage that on crutches was not gonna work so I started my search for mobility scooter. What I found is that it was going to cost me $350/month to rent one so somewhere around $700 to rent one or buy one through vibe for close to $650! What a win. Then I called after I ordered to see if they could get it to me any sooner. I ordered it on Wednesday and my surgery was Thursday and Vibe got my scooter to me on Friday! It has been so helpful! I have been able to hold my babies and carry them. I’ve been able to help around the house in a lot of ways I normally would, maybe even faster because I have a basket! Having knee surgery sucks but having this mobility scooter is a game changer!!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with our 3 Wheel Scooter, K.M! We're thrilled to hear that it has made such a positive impact during your recovery period. Ensuring timely delivery and providing a cost-effective solution for your mobility needs is always our goal. We're glad the scooter has allowed you to continue with your daily activities and care for your toddlers. If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you a smooth recovery! -Angie- Vive Health.
