My wife has severe arthritis in her knees and has great difficulty walking. Consequently we were both quite limited as to visiting places where walking was needed. We bought two of the 4 wheel scooters and could not be more happy. Now we will be able to accompany the kids and grandkids to Disney and other activities that were not open to us before the scooters..

A vacation, after so long!
The scooter has helped my Mom to have a little more freedom. Having a scooter gave her the ability to take a vacation for the first time in years. It was a challenge to get it packed into a rental van, along with 4 people's luggage and two dogs, but was SO worth it. Visiting museums was a possibility...while not able to get it onto a beach, she was able to find a handicapped 'walkover' that allowed her to see her youngest (autistic) grandchild see the ocean for the first time. A state park in South Carolina would have been impossible to visit, without this device. She did find herself needing to go off-road, due to the speed bumps she was not able to travel over, but the grass wasn't too rough go travel over (she needed to drive on grass till she was able to get back onto the 2-3 inch higher level pathway-not well thought out by the state park folks), the tree roots did cause problems, but there was no way around them (she got off the scooter and walked a few steps, with help). My 86 year old Mother LOVES the bright red color. :) Sadly, there are already 5 or 6 nicks from the red paint, after a week of use, due to stacking the pieces. If you plan to stack the parts, make sure you cover them, to protect them. Great battery life! Are we doing something wrong when putting it together, as the handle bar piece seems to be a little loose, but that may be to enable ease of movement, too. Thank you for creating the product for a world that is not as handicapped accessible as it needs to be!

Medium, large and full-sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any customization, including options and upgrades, may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will require additional shipping fees.
