I like the concept of this brace, but there are two problems. First, the three cold/hot packs are inserted or removed through individual small holes into their respective pockets. Although the gel packs don't freeze solid, it is difficult to insert them into those pockets. The time it takes to insert (stuff and align) them is less time that they are cold for their intended purpose. The openings to the pockets should be larger. The second problem is that we should be able to purchase a second set of the gel packs to be able to keep two sets in the freezer for a longer cold therapy treatment or to do two ankles back-to-back in the same session (sharing the one brace). The FAQ acknowledges it takes at least 2 hours in the freezer to chill the packs. The second set should be an option to add at the time of purchase. Also the (current) FAQ list says to 'handle the hot packs with tongs' in answer to freezing the packs.

How do I put on the ankle brace?
It’s very easy. First, insert the gel packs into corresponding pockets. Lay the brace flat, place your heel on the opening and wrap hook and loop fastening straps around your calf. Adjust as needed.
