I have herniated disk L-4 and L-5 & Siatica pain. Spine specialist recommended immediate surgery. The Vive back brace has made it possible for me to work in the yard, go to the gym and enjoy life again without spine surgery! A true Blessing for this 66 year old!😃

The back brace is comfortable and well made and absolutely provides very good support, moreso than other brands I've used over the years. I agree with many of the other noted comments that the sizing is not ideal. I'm right at the outer range of the small (34" waist) and it's snug, good support but snug. 2" more in length would for the small would provide more comfort for the range it lists. Customer service regarding order is very good.

No medium sizing.
I was torn between 2 sizes and the larger one (according to its specifications ) seemed to big so I went with the one closer to my waist size. Turned out too small so I gave it to my wife. It would be nice if there was a middle range of sizing. It is a good product though and she likes it.
