The product was delivered in a timely manner and everything seemed OK. The problem we are having is the watch will not stay connected to the app. For longer then maybe 10 min. I did everything with troubleshooting to get it to work better but still the same. The worst part is not only with it not stay connected, I usually have to pair it back up with my phone. But everything on the watch itself works fine.
