Unfortunately I was in the hospital from July 12 til August1 and was not here to receive the delivery. Could items order be reshiped.

Can this thermometer switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius?
Yes, the temperature readings can be displayed in either scale by pressing the C/F button on the lower left side of the display screen.
How do I replace the battery?
When the low battery indicator is displayed, slide the battery cover off in the marked direction. Remove and properly dispose of the old batteries according to local law. Place two new AAA batteries in the compartment, ensuring that all symbols are matched up. Replace battery cover.
What size battery does this thermometer take?
It requires two AAA batteries.
Are there batteries included?
Yes, the thermometer arrives out of the box ready with two AAA batteries and a protective storage pouch.
Will it beep when the max temperature is reached?
Yes, the thermometer will sound a steady pattern of audible beeps when a temperature in the normal range is detected. It will sound a rapid pattern of beeps when a fever is detected.
Can I mute the beeping sound at night?
Yes! The audible alert can be muted by pressing the volume button on the lower right. The current setting is also displayed on screen for convenience.
Does this thermometer measure to one-hundredth of a degree?
No, the Vive thermometer only displays accurate temperature readings to the tenth of a degree.
How long does take before it gives an actual result?
The infrared thermometer takes one second to display an accurate temperature reading.

Medium, large and full-sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any customization, including options and upgrades, may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Depending on the model and custom options, delivery times will vary from 5 days to 4 weeks. The freight carrier will call to initiate and arrange a specific delivery time and date.
Specialty Shipping Options for 3rd Party Items
Second Day/Overnight Shipping
Available for some standard items. Price will vary based on the product and your zip code. The cost will be provided to you during checkout.
White Glove Delivery
This option provides additional assistance for customers. This is a fantastic option for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Here is a list of the added benefits you receive with white glove delivery.
The item will be shipped to a local agent in your area.
The agent will inspect the product to make sure it is in proper working condition.
The agent will then contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Upon Delivery the agent will assemble the device and answer any questions you might have about proper use, care and storage.
Before leaving the agent will clean up the packaging and remove it from your home.
The cost of white glove delivery will vary based on the specific product being ordered. It will be listed on the product page when you check out.
This option allows you the opportunity to have the item carried inside your home. Items will be carried inside and placed on the first floor only. Price varies based on the specific product.

The majority of items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Unlike Vive Health products, 3rd party items must be returned at the customer's expense. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Vive Health reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees incurred. If a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, Vive Health may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
Items eligible for return:
Must be in new condition free of scratches, cracks, dirty or marked tires, or any indication of usage.
Must be returned in original packaging (new packaging can be purchased by calling customer service)

Return Shipping on 3rd Party Items
Return freight for shipping is the customer's responsibility unless Vive Health has made a mistake. Once you have requested a Return Authorization, we can help determine the best shipping method for you.
Please follow all return-shipping instructions that are provided with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Vive Health reserves the right to charge any additional shipping fees required for shipping the item to the correct location. Missed scheduled pick-ups with the delivery carrier may result in $10 fee per incident.
Cancellations for Vive Health Products
We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, pleasecontact our customer support ASAP.
If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
Cancellations for 3rd Party Items
Canceled orders- If the order has been shipped, it is subject to standard return policies. You must receive the item, then ship it back unused and undamaged.
Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a check within 30 days.
