Will I need to turn the water off after each use?

Yes, it is recommended that the water be shut off by pushing the T-valve downward after each use. Failure to close the T-valve will allow pressure to build up and weaken internal components in the sprayer.

Can I hang the bidet sprayer higher on the wall so I can reach it more easily?

Yes! The handheld bidet holder can be mounted on the wall behind or beside the toilet for easier access.

Can I adjust the spray intensity?

Yes! The variable water pressure sprayer produces spray intensities ranging from a gentle flow to a powerful jet spray. The intensity is controlled by the thumb trigger.

Does the handheld bidet include the connectors I will need to install it myself?

Yes! The Vive handheld bidet includes a complete installation kit with the necessary valves, washers, screws and thread tape for easily installing on any toilet. You will need a phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench or adjustable pliers to install the bidet.

How long is the bidet sprayer hose?

The water supply hose is 48” long.

Can I hang the bidet sprayer on my toilet tank?

Yes! The Vive handheld bidet includes a holder that hangs on the toilet tank for easy access and installation.

What size is the shut off T valve?

The included valve measures 7/8", fitting most toilet tank fill valves.

The water line to the toilet is cold. Will it be too cold for a bidet?

While yes, the bidet connects to the cold water line of the toilet, for most individuals the water feels refreshingly cool, not ice cold.

Is the handheld bidet easy to install?

Yes! The handheld bidet is easy to install and includes both video instructions and an illustrated manual for easy to follow directions.

Does the water shut off as soon as you release the thumb trigger?

Yes, to stop the flow of water simply release the thumb trigger, then close the T-valve.
