Great Customer Service from Carolina!

Instructions on use would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, my cane arrived without instructions on how to set it up. Included was an Allen wrench which I promptly lost because I did not know what it was for. So, the cane sits in the closet unused.

Please send instructions on how to set set the cane up so that it fits me, and a replacement wrench for the wrench I lost.

Looking forward to using the cane "some day."

Much needed balance

I was not able to use this cane as it was not stable. The base provided no stability as it was uneven. I will be returning it to amazon.

Can the quad cane be used for the right hand or left hand?

The quad cane base is easily switched for either left or right-handed use without interfering with your stride.

Does this cane fold up or is it collapsible?

The quad cane is not foldable, however, a folding cane option is available here.

How do I change my cane from right-handed to left-handed?

 

To adjust the base from right to left, or left to right, first, loosen the tension screw. While pressing the brass locking pin in, turn the quad base to the desired position. Release the locking pin, making sure it engages in the correct hole, then tighten the tension screw.

Does it come assembled?

Yes, the cane arrives fully assembled.

Can the cane be adjusted to 31”?

Yes, the can height can be adjusted in 1” increments ranging from 28” to 37”.

Will this cane work for someone with knee instability?

Yes, the cane will provide added stability on the weak side to reduce slips and falls.
