I have been using this Ice Wrap for nearly a month. It does exactly as advertised and has been an affordable way to treat my shoulder pain and discomfort. The quality of the material is great. I especially like the compression as it helps target the cold to my entire shoulder. I have not tried heating the "pack"and cannot comment on that aspect. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
