Toe Pouches

As a chef I occasionally have foot pain and this product worked very well for me. After a week of wearing these I no longer needed them as I had already bought some shoes that fit me better than my previous pair. For best results I found that very short socks worked the best for me as these tended to bunch up in longer socks.

These work amazing for close toe heels - I used these in my heels for my wedding. After multiple hours of dance practice and being on my feet for hours on the actual day, all I had was a slight foot ache - no strong pain or blisters. The toe pads were perfectly hidden in the frotn of my shoe, but the shoe shape left a bit of my foot rubbing the side seam, so that was covered with mole skin ( but I think that was more of a reflection of my shoe choice than an issue with the product - added photos to show shape. They were 4 inch heels - 3 inch arch lift and 1 inch platform base under the toe)It might sound odd to give 5 stars for toe pads that only 'reduced' pain, for how long I wore my heels and how much I was on my feet that is fantastic!!

Hard to keep on unless you wear a sock over it but very comfortable and cushions my toes

Solved my hammer toe !!!!!

they do move around in your shoe but are great if you own narrow boots and want to prevent your toes especially the pinky from hurting or blisters.
