The lightweight toilet rail can be easily disassembled for convenient travel.
Is the width of the handles adjustable?
Yes! The rail handles can be adjusted from 21.5 to 26.5”.
Is it safe to use on a tile floor?
Yes! Each leg is capped with a rubber, non-slip cap for added stability on any surface.
How do I assemble the toilet safety rail?
Detach the existing toilet seat. Position the rail bracket screw holes in alignment with seat holes ensuring the bracket is flush against the toilet. Replace toilet seat lid with original screws and covers. Next, insert rail arms into the rear bracket at the desired width, ensuring the brass locking pins are clearly visible. Insert assist rails into the rail arms and secure with the included snap clips. Adjust the leg height to accommodate the height of the toilet using the brass locking pins.
How high are the armrests?
The toilet safety rail handles are adjustable from 26” to 31.5”.
Will this work with a seat riser?
Yes, the safety rail can be used in addition to a seat riser by adjusting the rail height to a comfortable level.
What is the weight limit for the safety rail?
The rails can safely support up to 300 pounds.
How far apart are the mounting holes on the bracket?
The holes are 5” apart.
Does the toilet safety rail fold so I can carry it in a suitcase?
The toilet rail does not fold but can be taken apart for storage or travel.
How do I clean the handles?
The handles can be wiped down with disinfectant solution.

Shipping for Oversized Items
Standard ground shipping is Free for all orders over $50 in the continental united states. Orders shipped to Hawaii or alaska will require additional shipping fees.
Most travel standard scooters are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days via ups or fedex. Larger, medium to full sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any Customization options and upgrades may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Depending on model and custom options, delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks. Freight carrier will call to initiate and arrange for specific delivery time and date.
Specialty Shipping Options for Oversized Items
Second Day/Overnight Shipping
Available for some standard items. Price will vary based on the product and your zip code. The cost will be provided to you during checkout.
White Glove Delivery
This option provides additional assistance customers. This is fantastic for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Here is a list of the added benefits you get with white glove delivery.
The item will be shipped to a local agent in your area.
The agent will inspect the product to make sure it is in proper working condition.
The agent will then contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Upon Delivery the agent will assemble the device answer and questions you might have about use.
Before leaving the agent will clean up the packaging and remove it from your home.
The cost of white glove delivery varys, it will be listed on the product page when you check out.
This option allows you the opportunity to get the item carried inside your home. This only applies to homes on the first floor they will not carry the items up stairs. Price varies based on the specific product.

The Majority of items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. Unlike Vive Products They must be returned at the customers expense. If an item is returned to the wrong address Vive Health reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees. If a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed Vive Health may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
All Custom made items are non-returnable this will be made clear for you During the checkout process.

Cancellations for Oversized Items
Canceled orders- If the order has been shipped it is subject to standard return policies. You must receive the item then ship it back unused and undamaged.
Credits- Once your return is verified, Vive Health will issue credit to to card used for the purchase. It can take up to 4 weeks for your card to be credited. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.
