Does the mini humidifier need to be plugged in to use or is it rechargeable?
The Vive mini humidifier will only operate when plugged into a standard USB port or power bank.
How do I use the travel humidifier?
Place the humidifier in any bottle, jar or container that's at least 4.5" tall. Next, fully submerge the humidifier filter into the water (at least 80%). If it's not fully submerged, the humidifier will take more than a minute to start releasing a cool mist. To turn on the humidifier, press the button on the USB stick. Make sure that the USB cord is connected to any standard USB port.
How long is the USB power cord?
The included USB power cord is 4.5 feet in length.
Is the personal humidifier quiet?
Yes! The Vive mini humidifier is ultra-quiet for use anywhere.
Can I add essential oils to the water when using the humidifier?
The Vive mini humidifier is not suitable for use with essential oils. The Vive tabletop humidifier includes an aromatherapy option and is great for use in small to medium size rooms.
Does the humidifier have an auto shut off?
The mini humidifier does not have an automatic shut-off feature.
Can I use the mini humidifier in my car?
Yes! The mini humidifier is ideal for use in vehicles and other small spaces.
How often should I change the filter wick?
It is recommended that the filter wick be replaced every three months with frequent use.

Medium, large and full-sized mobility/medical scooters are shipped via freight carrier and will arrive within 6-10 business days. Carriers will call to schedule the delivery. Any customization, including options and upgrades, may take 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will require additional shipping fees.
